Any and all money received is considered a donation and is not to be considered in any way shape or form an exchange of goods or services. As such refunds are not available.
No promises are made about quality of service, services delivered, uptime, or anything. This is a project in a development stage that can barely even be considered a beta.
This website is little more than a glorified kickstarter.
Donating is entirely optional and is not required to access FlowFowl indicators. It simply helps keep the project lights on while we are in the development stage.
Donating does not give you access to anything that non-donors have access to. This is why it is a donation.
If you have any questions just ask me, I'm not a lawyer and I'm trying to avoid getting sued or having someone think that I'm trying to monetize this service at this time as that would be disastrous for both our data licensing agreement and my taxes.
